Youth Center Makom Mifgash is the beating heart of Jewish teen life in Tallinn. Created by and for young people, it’s a space where Jewish identity, leadership, and community come to life.

Our mission is to empower Jewish youth through meaningful experiences, leadership development, and peer-led programming — helping them grow into confident, engaged members of the community.

At the core of Makom Mifgash is our Youth Board, made up of passionate teens who plan events, lead initiatives, and shape the center’s direction. With support from JCC Tallinn staff and mentors, they take real responsibility and gain valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and Jewish life.

Makom Mifgash is more than a program — it’s a movement of young leaders building a vibrant Jewish future together.

And our impact doesn’t stop locally. We’re proud to be part of the BBYO worldwide network, connecting our teens with global peers, leadership seminars, and international Jewish initiatives. Through international programs, exchanges, and conferences, Makom Mifgash places Estonian Jewish youth on the global map.
